Trying to get tax transcripts from irs.gov. When are they not under maintenance?
I go to the link where it says to get transcript online. Then I click the link to the form, and can’t access it because the site is ‘under maintenance’. I need these docs ASAP! I have been trying for a few days now! When are they not going to be under maintenance??

When you president signs a bill from congress to fund the government, the website will be up and running again

It may be because of the government shutdown, meaning it won't be available until a new full budget is agreed upon. The President has stated this could take months or even years.
