Where can I get tax transcripts?

The irs site is ‘in maintenance’ and I need another way to get tax transcripts and W-2 copies.

    You can't, due to the government shutdown.

    The IRS will not provide W-2 copies. You can get transcripts, but not until the government shutdown ends and general IRS employees return to work. Your request is not considered 'essential work' performed by IRS employees who are currently still working under orders to report.

    Until the government and the IRS re-opens, you don't.

    If you don't have them yourself then you aren't getting them anywhere else. Maybe the "in maintenance" thing is due to the furlough.
