    It is possible and likely that life originated in the water if that is what you are trying to ask. Generally I avod "believing" and prefer to follow the evidence.

    No, most living things on Earth require water. But there are living things on Earth that do not require water, and life on other planets may not require water.

    All life as we know it requires liquid water. If there is extra terrestrial life that is very different it might be possible for life to exist where there is no liquid water but humans have never found such life.

    Water is a component of all life we know about, but that doesn't mean it is "made by" it. If anything, it's more accurate to say life is "made by" carbon.

  • well its not a belief. The human body contains 60% water. Its a fact. And if your body doesnt contain it then you would be dead as a dodo
