Well, they have one thing in common - they both love Russia. Maybe Snowden would be of more use to Trump as a backchannel to Putin and the Russki oligarchs.
And Trump is even more treasonous than Snowden.

Hard to say.
Trump may have no issue with Snowden but the NSA might well. Many people just see Snowden as a whistleblower who exposed the NSA and their nefarious activities.
The reality is somewhat darker. There are 17 US intelligence agencies and they are sometimes rivals competing to have the most power and influence. Snowden was involved in the rivalry between the NSA and the CIA. He worked for both, yes, at the same time!
His job was to infiltrate the NSA and to expose it to make it look bad. It was hoped they would have their wings clipped as a result and the CIA would be assigned some of the spying jobs instead.
So even if Trump was OK with Snowden it is likely that the NSA is not. As they spy on ALL your communications all the time Snowden is not likely to last very long if he returns.

He wouldn't be prosecuted for that. Treason wasn't even the charge when they sold Russia the bomb. It's pretty much impossible unless you are at war.
He'd be charged under the Espionage Act. And to answer your question, no.

I don't see why not. All he did was expose the Obama administration and all the crap they were up to. He's a whistle blower and a patriot as far as I'm concerned.

Trump will do better than that --he will give Snowden a place in the Trump cabinet. Even Trump's friends are claiming that Trump cabinet is a "dumpster."
The Trumpster Dumpster formally known as the "Republican Party".
