Why doesn't my answer appear in other people's questions?

I answered a question, on the page it says 18 answers, but when I log out, it says 17 answers and it removes mine.

    That happens to me sometimes. I think it's the fault of Yahoo's spam filter, but I'm not sure. Sometimes I'll remove a link to my source, then the answer will reappear.

    Your answer is 'ghosted', try spelling something else and submit it.
