you need to find out what the paint was and get the solvent for it. Or you could get some rubbing compound

A single edged razor blade will take the paint off of the windows.
The rest of the damage needs a body shop to repair the damage.

Happened to me. Mineral spirits did not work. Gasoline, while unpleasant did work with elbow grease. You might try lacquer thinner unless you have lacquer paint.

If it hasn't been there very long and is not cured, paint thinner may remove it.

You can use a razor to scrape paint off of glass
Assuming your car has factory paint (has not been repainted) Easy Off oven cleaner (the brand name product, not generic) can be sprayed on a rag and then used to remove the paint Try this on an inconspicuous area of your car to be sure it does not damage the car paint, After using the oven cleaner wash the soft paint off with soap and water, and then wax the area.
It may sound strange but it works well
