Why do people take the NDE thing a little too seriously?

I'm a believer so I have no problem with believing in an afterlife. But I don't believe when personal make claims about NDE's and things like that because I simply don't trust them. They could easily lie and tell stories.

I have had one and I have lived a Supernatural filled life so I know for a fact that they are indeed real. But I guess it's just something you won't believe until you see for yourself.

Do you believe this Prophecy, now that it's been fulfilled numerous times?

Joel 2:31 King James Version (KJV)

31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.

It would be a mistake to believe all experiences are lies.

The interpretations are often crap, but the phenomenon is real and tremendously interesting

Because there's been reports of things happening such as seeing what's on high shelves, hearing conversations in other rooms, radically similar experiences of an afterlife, etc. It's the #1 thing to convert people into a belief in God

It's more likely a dream like state associated with oxygen deprivation and passing out. Kind of like how people who do inhalant drugs hallucinate things. Totally in their head.

NDEs are NOT a supernatural phenomenon. It’s a result of chemicals flooding your brain when it’s deprived of oxygen. It’s basically natures last acid trip.

The primary problem, whether you believe in an afterlife or not, is that when the body is dying, the brain releases a chemical called dimethyltryptamine (DMT), which causes hallucinations. Given that you know you are in serious danger of dying, those hallucinations tend to take the form of whatever afterlife you have told yourself exists. In essence, your brain is playing a comforting video for you to view so that you are less likely to panic. This is actually a survival tactic, and you are more likely to recover from your injury if you are relaxed and viewing the in-flight movie, as it were.

I live in reality so I know there's no such thing.
