I have a Vauxhall GSI, i have just completed a long journey upto Scotland and back. car started juddering on the motrways when i accelrated. also it seems to do it in all gears. Same symptoms as contaminated fuel, judder then pick up again. Air Mass Flow meter?
Z20LET 2.0 TURBO ENGINE.
I do have uprated airbox on it and K & N panel filter installed.

The cleanable air filters get an oil mist sprayed on them. It's a common problem with that oil migrating to the MAF sensor wires and ruins the MAF sensor. Go back to a stock filter. They have plenty of air flow until you cam a motor. Clean the throttle body.
