Sickness that start's with a sore throat?

I had a sore throat on Wednesday but it went away after a few hours On thursday I had a sore throat all day and fell asleep with still a sore throat On Friday I had a 100.4 Temperature at 10:40 AM and then at 11:30 it went up to a 100.7 finally Today its 102.3

Also, I am coughing a lot

Also my head hurts, ears, stomach, and nose. Also I feel like gagging all the time

    if your temperature is that high you should be in the hospital

    A temperature is a sign of infection. You most likely have an URI (upper respiratory infection). You can try to tough it out (it could be a rhinovirus) for a few days, or you can go see the doctor for antibiotics (if It's an infection).
