I do not use shampoo. I use Dr,. Bonners bar soap with hemp oil.
Shampoo always gives me dandruff but Dr. Bronner's never does, although it strips out natural oils which requires a light sprits of moisturizer after shampooing.
I suffered from dandruff for Years and No shampoo or even medication from a dermatologist worked, but Dr. Bronner's did.
