Do I need the four year degree?
I’m struggling to pay for my four year degree. I have my associates degree already. My classes are harder now. I am back to having my panic attacks which is what happened when I did college before. Don’t tell me to try medication because it won’t work. I have a job but it’s not going to pay to finish my degree because I’m part time. If I work full time it’ll add to my stress. Two questions
1. Is it normal to feel stressed in college and how do I wind down?
2. Should I continue or can I survive with an associates degree?

It is normal to feel stressed in college. Everyone copes differently. You could try exercise, meditations, music etc

Well, it depends on what your goals are for the future if an associates degree is the finish. I would say that yes college can add lots of stress especially if it is a subject that is very difficult to grasp. I would say you can talk to a counselor on campus about the issue and come up with coping strategies such as deep breathing and counting to 10, image/visualization skills, or taking less courses when difficult are harder to pass.

Medication is a bad idea - always! There are alternatives - learn meditation & other stress management techniques, counseling, etc. You're an adult now, and should have learned to manage stress by now. Adulthood is constant stress of various types & intensities - work, relationships, earning & managing money, managing your time & energy, and more. Get to work on all that! 80% of American college students work at least part-time, so you are not attempting anything millions of others don't manage to accomplish. Decide you refuse to be a Snowflake & take charge of your Self.
BTW, make sure you engage in physical activity of some sort, a sport, gym workout, something even take a walk. 20 minutes a day is essential minimum, but that's hardly anything.
As for what to do with an associate's degree, what is it in? Even if you did some vocational training program or nursing or something, it could be tough to progress in your career far enough to earn a modest living. Assess what you've earned & what you want to do.

Yes it is normal to feel stressed in especially if you are a full time student. The solution is to become a part time student.
Yes, you CAN survive with an associates degree, a high school diploma or a GED.

It is definitely normal to feel stressed in college. When you hit year 3 you would have much more focus on classes in your major, so if it is a difficult major, the classes can be difficult.
You can "survive" with an associates degree (or no degree), but for many the purpose of going to college is to do more than survive. You can still make very good money without a degree it is just a different path. Only 33% of Americans 25 and older have a Bachelor's degree or higher.

You should have decided what job you were preparing for before you started college.
Can you work in the job you want with an associate degree? If so, you don't need a bachelors degree. If not, you need to stay in school.
