Subject line to proffesor email.?

I already graduated, been 6 months. Just want to write a keep in touch email. What should I put in the subject line?

    I’d say put “former (what class you were in) student”

    I'd title it "Catching Up".

    WHY are you contacting him/her? THAT is what you put in the subject line.

    And please don't write "proffesor".
