Is Arsenal right to let Aaron Ramsey leave?

Hello English Football, This is my first question since December 2014, now my question, did Arsenal make a major mistake in letting him go?, It is a really sympathetic situation for Aaron Ramsey, He has been loyal to Arsenal but the club didn't want to renew his contract so he is set to leave at the end of season, With his contract expiring at the end of the 2018/2019 season and there's nothing he can do Just wishing he'd give us more power for the rest games with Arsenal, and you know it's great to see Ramsey acting like professional specially after we withdrawn the contract offer ,He's surely worth a new contract. he is the longest serving player in the club, his passion, passing and work-rate so important for Arsenal his quality and character will be expensive to replace but he isn't good enough for Arsenal yet here Arsenal is the best club in the world and, I love him for what he's done at the club, but so often frustrated watching him play. his best season was came in 2013/2014 season when he helped us win FA cup and scored a late goal and making that season is his best season ever with Arsenal, Ramsey has signed a huge pre contract agreement worth over £400,000 a week with Juventus, though he is already reached 28, he deserves some consideration for a high wage demand at Juventus.

Update:

and also Ramsey has not been sparkling best this season, that is largely due to a lack of game time caused by his contract dispute with Arsenal and subsequent inability to secure a regular starting place in the team.

will he be a hit at his new club? I think he'll become a resounding success in Turin and can be better player like Dybala and Khedira, your thoughts?

I don't think it's a case of Arsenal letting him leave, they can't compete with that kind of financial package on offer from Juventus, and nor should they in this case. We're going to see more of this, players with no real connection to a club running down contracts knowing that clubs will pay them over the odds in the absence of a transfer fee. Emery, who doesn't seem to want him wasn't in charge last season when there was reportedly some interest in him and he was a regular under Wenger so it's not as though the club could/should've cashed in.

Yes he hasn't done much in the time he was at Arsenal.

Time for Arsenal to look for younger more skilful players.

He’s getting 400k a week at Juventus, crazy, I personally think Arsenal should have got rid of him to free up some wages, he’s been there for years and is a talented player, but isn’t taking them to the next level so might as well leave.

Letting him go for free is a disaster though, Barcelona wanted to buy him for 50 million last season and Arsenal refused, now he’s gone for free, poor transfer policy.n

His career isn't really going anywhere at Arsenal. I don't rate him and don't know why Juventus are interested in him, but who knows, maybe he will be a revelation there.

No, but it could be the right decision for him.

Yes, he is too inconsistent and Arsenal never understood where to play him in their scheme.
