    mmm que yo sepa no se les llama diferente. si tienen exceso de prepucio no he leído ni escuchado que sea distinto el nombre.

    La mayoría de las personas que tienen mucho prepucio son porque tienen fimosis 

    Pero también hay hombres que de nacimiento tienen mucho prepucio sin tener fimosis

    No tienen nombre, es poco común pero si puedes tener un poco más de prepucio que lo normal, y tampoco afecta el funcionamiento del pene
