    Sorry, but you can't.

There needs to be more information.

    400 meters is a length

    cm³ is a volume

a length is not a volume, so you cannot. However, 1 cubic meter (m^3) is 1000 liters, and 1 liter is 1000 ml, and 1 ml=1 cubic cm (cm^3). So, there are 1 million cm^3 per m^3. Or, you can just do 100 cm = 1 m, and 1x1x1 m^3=100*100*100 cm^3, or 10^6 cm^3, which is, once again, 1 million. That is how.

You can't convert a length unit (m or cm) to a volume unit (m^3 or cm^3).

    400 m is a measure of length.

cm³ is a measure of volume.

You can't because 400 meters is length and not a volume which can be measured in cubic cm

    400 m³ instead of 400 m

    = 400 m³

    = 400 * (1 m³)

    = 400 * (1 m) * (1 m) * (1 m) → you know that: 1 m = 100 cm

    = 400 * (100 cm) * (100 cm) * (100 cm)

    = 400 * 100 * 100 * 100 cm³

    = 400000000 cm³

    You can't.

    400m is a distance

cm3 is not to measure distances, but to measure volume
