Is my resting heart rate too low (43 bpm)?

Hello,

I m 19 years old female, 165 cm tall and I weigh 64 kg.

I started horse riding when I was 8 years old and I worked out regulary since I was 13 years old. Nowadays I do gymnastics twice a week, horse riding 1-2 times a week and I work out twice a week.

Is 43 bpm normal or should I be worried? I've also got low blood pressure.

Not if you are in good shape, and it sounds like you are. Your blood pressure could be a little low with no problems, but you did not list it, so no way to tell if it is low or just on the low end of normal. My blood pressure has always ran low and I am in my mid 60s.

    Have a wonderful day!

it's very low but you're an athlete. That accounts for it.

I don't do nearly as much as you (running 3x a week) and my resting pulse is 55.

    It’s average

It all depends on the cause of it. It’s common for incredibly healthy top tier atheletes to have a pulse rate of 40 BPM as well as blood pressure that is lower than normal.

For the average person, -60 BPM is considered bichardya (low pulse rate) and a blood pressure that is under 100/60 is considered low blood pressure.

Do you feel healthy and energetic?

That is pretty low, but if you are not symptomatic, you are probably fine. Ask your doctor.
