Take the title to a junk yard with proof that you are the guardian for your dad. The junk yard will come to your house and take the Explorer to the junk yard and give you a few hundred dollars in cash.

Given you MISUSED at least 5 legal terms, YOU hire an attorney to advise you about EVERYTHING involved in properly settling the estate.

Take it to the Ford dealer and see what it will cost to fix it, and if they will buy it. You need to be sure what it would cost to keep it going. It could be something for a couple hundred of dollars. The dealer might buy it, fix it and sell it on their used lot. If not, a junk dealer will haul it off and pay you about $150 for it.
