Why do I feel uncomfortable around people lately?
I’m 14 almost 15 and I’ve always been a people person but lately (about 2-3 months) meeting people especially new people has been really stressing me out like I get a little shaky or feel kinda sick and I feel like something’s wrong with me. I’ve always been known as the friendly outgoing girl and I’m still outgoing like I still want to say hi to people but sort of because I feel like I’m supposed to. Is this normal, am I okay?

You are getting to a weird age. When I was around that age I felt like you did. Guys started talking to me inappropriately, girls became different and like everything was a competition.
