Exercise for weight loss and depression?

I have pretty bad depression which does not mix with well exercise, but I want to lose some weight.

I've been gaining a bit due to school being tough and all-consuming in my life, so more fast food (well food that is faster to get, not necessary burger fast food) and less activity.

While my diet has decreased in quality lately, it is not usually this way and I normally eat pretty well. So I don't want tips on how to change up my diet, outside of doing a diet there is not much to change normally.

My main concern is to find something that does not take up too much time in an already busy schedule, that works with the fatigue I have due to a medical condition and is accessible.

Update:

Edit: I do actually walk 15 minutes at least per day as I have dogs who get walked 15 minutes in the morning and afternoon (I do have classes that prevent this once or twice a week) This is not letting me lose weight though so clearly walking 20 mins a day is not a solution

so many people think they got to kill themselves or make it hard.....walking up and down stairs, walk around the block with purpose in your walk, not like a tourist, calisthenics, all kinds of options and do it slowly and the more you do, the stronger you get and better you feel......not hard at all and don't cost a dime to do........and you're close to home......
