1995 GMC Yukon with 5.7 rocker arm problem.?

One of the rocker arms is not centered on top of valve stem. What would cause this?

    Bad hydraulic lifters or camshaft bearings not getting enough oil pressure.

    Bent or damaged pushrod.

    Bent push rod?, collapsed lifter?, weak valve spring? push rod worn out from lack of lubrication? rocker out of adjustment?

    'bout all I can think of.

    a guess would be a bent valve
