Try the Episcopal or Anglican Church instead. Same liturgy, different leadership.

Catholicism is the mother of paganism followed by orthodox. you have to cut that friend off if he himself does not want to quit serving pagan gods. Everything about Catholics is pagan. and most Catholics know it, they think that they can bury all these things under the carpet forever. the internet did great and empowered us to freely disseminate information and expose the lies and hypocrisy told many centuries ago.
