Christians: How do you solve the problem of evil and suffering? And if you can't then why doesnt it stop you from believing?

Evil and suffering is a function of sin. Sin is a disobedience to the will of God.

Perhaps because of the teaching of Matthew 5:45.

What problem? Evil is the result of God's gift of free will, the right to choose good or evil. Some people abuse this gift by freely choosing to hurt others. Would you prefer that God made us as mere animals, directed by instinct, with no sense of morality?

I saw a movie , called Adam ? , about an insane asylum in Israel for people who suffered during the holocaust . Watching their children being persecuted and killed was about the worst thing anyone can experience . But God promises that all tears shall be wiped away . To get to that point you have to begin to obey all of Jesus' sayings . My son is into his 7th year of ALS , and has to fight to even breath . At first it effected me ; but then I realize that as Jesus said in John 10:34 we are all Gods , who are striving to motivate ourselves to become as perfect as God ( learn to love everyone unconditionally ) SO that we wont end up in that place where Jesus said there is weeping , wailing , and gnashing of teeth ; but rather turn those negatives into innocence , peace , love , and joy . About 4 months ago I saw on "It's Supernatural" on Day Star some 10 or so year old girl was praying silently , and her teacher was upset that it wasn't vocal . But the girl finally got finished , and said that God just told her that our spiritual self is always working hard and in overtime on our body to get it to become perfect so it may eventually grow it's body up into an immortal being , instead of dying , and returning as a spirit . And , sometimes ( probably most ) it will cause it to suffer tremendously and even be killed violently so that while they are dead they will work harder to at least be able to come in the 1st Resurrection .

They simply are terrorized to abandon their superstition.

Evil and suffering can only be solved by praying to God!

And what do you solve your problems with? "eh"

On the true Christians who have prayed to God every day, God has given relief to the sufferings with his healings, here is the faith!

Of course God does not respond to atheists, but only to believers who have put their faith in God, praying constantly, the results have been excellent, God has operated believers with malignant tumor! Is that clear?

Love and Christ. If I see someone is suffering I help them. I resist evil because I have Christ in my heart and he helps me resist evil.

It all comes down to two commandments, love our Father all our hearts and love our neighbors.

If I did, there wouldn't be any...now would there?

Because that has no bearing on my belief.

When I was a Christian, I solved it by repeating "God is all loving and all good" and twisting am evidence to the contrary to fit my beliefs. If you do that long enough you actually believe it.

GOD WILL DO THAT HIMSELF WHEN HE COMES BACK...BUT FIRST RAPTURE AND TRIBULATION WILL HAPPEN.
