No. High protein actually keeps you out of ketosis. Its low carb, moderate protein and high fat.

It's typically high protein, but it's not really what it stands for originally. And when used for medical purposes it often isn't.
Ketone bodies are produced by gluconeogenesis. It can be from ketogenic amino acids, but normally (and that's what is expected and hoped from people using keto diets for weight loss) it is produced from fatty acids.
So a keto diet is first and foremost a "no carb" diet (different from "low carb" in the sense that low carb is based on the usual lipolysis rather than neoglucogenesis), and is very likely to be a high-fat diet.
Its proteins are essentially just as high as any weight loss diet. Regardless of your dieting strategy we need a bit more proteins when dieting, while we need less of the rest.

From what I have read there are variations of Keto diet. There is one where there is no carbs and there is one where there is some carbs allowed. So yeah I think the one you stated is one of them, but go google for better answer.
