Why do women get mad when you dont pursue them?

I noticed especially when they're pretty if you work with them and all you say is goodmorning and ask job related questions only and never try and flirt with them or act like a dog over them just like every other guy at work they seem to get mad and feel some type of way. Do they expect all men to be all over them like it's a mandatory habit??

    Women seek attention. They're like cats always chasing the next toy, and when they get the toy(you) they're onto the next one.
