Geneva Protocol is different than the Geneva Conventions. Protocol prohibits the use of chemical and biological weapons in war, whereas the Geneva Conventions deals with protection of certain people in war, such as prisoners of war, wounded, and civilians especially in occupied territories.

Probably, they both have the word "Geneva" in them. [That's a town in Switzerland]
