The only system that works is eating right and burning more calories than you take in. Outside of a medical condition preventing weight loss, it's not at all as hard as society makes it out to be. The problem is that the stuff that's bad for you is fricken delicious, and your brain craves that stuff big time. So you just have to will yourself past the sugars and towards the greens.
