Your eating disorder is not really a disorder but your body attempting to correct your actual disorder: metabolic syndrome.
Most eating disorders are this very same concept. Organic anorexia nervosa is very rare.
Odds are very good that if you correct your metabolic disorder, your fat will disappear in weeks and subsequently your eating disorder will evaporate...or get 95% better.
You don't need a hospital. You can get thin and more importantly healthy just by avoiding eating poison, regularly.
Which you are doing right now.
Do you drink alcohol every day?
Do you eat sugar ever day?
How about honey?
What about white flour?
Hey, I know that this is a chunk of information and it is but the tip of a gigantic iceberg.
Read and/or watch my source, try it for a month and see what happens.

No it wouldn't be possible to go to the hospital. But you can go to a therapist and they will help you from there. The therapist will help you get through whatever insecurities you may have and will see if you may have any eating disorders. The therapist might also recommend you go to a nutritionist to help you get your eating habits back on track. Recovery is in small steps, it will take a while, but it will be worth it.

You can go into the hospital if you are bulimic. It sounds like you are not anorexic. Bulimia is serious disorder where the acid from your stomach will eat away at the lining of your esophagus and eat the enamal off your teeth.
