Had a pair of prescription glasses made almost 2 months ago and I still haven’t received them?
Hello like 2 months ago I had a pair of prescription glasses made and the lady said I would have been getting them in 2 weeks. Well it has been nearly 2 months and still no glasses. I called the eye place like 4 times and they always say the glasses haven’t came yet and it comes by ups to them but I haven’t received them yet or a call from them. Not to sound harsh but I just wonder did this old lady did something wrong cause she was well over 80s who sent them off? I really need my glasses and it seem like I would never receive them now.

Keep calling, and ask them what recourse you have at this point. Don’t hang up til you get an answer, even if you have to speak to someone higher up.

Demand a refund info and tell her if you don't get a refund immediately or your pair of glasses you're going to put a report against her license for fraud! there is no pair of prescription glasses in the world that takes more than 30 days to process most get done within 2 weeks. If the person is a licensed optometrist they have insurance in order to keep a business and a theft report against them will result in them doing no more business. I'm sure the woman will come up with your money in one hell of a hurry when you tell her that you're going to file a theft report for theft by deception! That's pretending to be an eye doctor in order to steal your money.

Go back and ask for your money back. I order my glasses at zennioptical.com. Prices start at $7 with two week delivery.

Ask them to trace the package and find out what happened and then either put a rush on it or have the glasses replaced at their expense. Then suggest that if the can not get your glasses to you, you will be forced to take legal action because you have been more than fair and can't wait any longer. Don't shout, don't get mad, just tell them in writing (talk means nothing) the facts. I ordered and paid for this. I got nothing and have been stalled for two months. It is unreasonable to not have resolved this before now. I want the glasses found or replaced at once. If not I will begin legal action. (realistically you will only take them to small claims court, but if everything is as you stated you will win the value of the glasses in court...Good luck collecting though)
