I'm missing a performance that I am in, since I am sick.?

Okay, so I have been practicing for months for this show I am doing. There are 4 performances, and I am a lead for 2 of them. Two days ago, I became sick with a virus. I was heart broken but I missed yesterday. I thought today would be different, but it wasn't it got worse, a fever of 100.8... I feel better, but I don't want to risk the casts health. It just sucks since tonight was almost sold out, and it's my first lead ever. I still sound a bit congested, and I am thinking I shouldn't go tonight since I still have a show Sunday. But it just sucks since I will miss 3/4 performances I worked so hard for..
