What's wrong with me?
I don't know what happened, but I was ill. I threw up 7 times in one night. Every time I got up, I felt like I was going to collapse, and I couldn't get warm. This happened just last night, and only lasted the night. Once morning came, I was just tired and out of it. I've never had this happen before. I couldn't keep down medicine let alone food and water, everything had emptied from my stomach, but I still couldn't stop throwing up.

Sounds to me like food poisoning. A lot of people talk about 'The 24-Hr Stomach Bug' but I think it's usually food poisoning. Your body will do all it can to empty out your digestive system, from both ends (sometimes simultaneousy). But once the poison is out of your body, you feel well, just a bit weak.

A touch of food poisoning maybe? Just in case, learn about food safety I.e. freezing, refrigeration and cooking rules.
