How to permanently get rid of hives?

Most of the time when I itch my arm red dots appear.. I use cortizone cream and it helps a lot but why won't hives completely go away?

    You probably have one or more allergies. I used to know a person who was allergic to many things. Sometimes her hive breakout was so bad that she would need to go to hospital for special baths. You should get allergy tested. Here's a link you might be interested in.

    You probably have a gut parasite This is the allergic reaction to it.
