Should I weigh myself and risk losing motivation?

I've lost weight over last three months with healthy eating and exercise.

I've not weighed myself but people say I've lost weight and I'm fitting in smaller clothes.

I'm scared to weigh myself in case I'm not happy with the result, as I may lose motivation

Weigh yourself and find out because if there is no change you might have to change diet again, Good Luck

Up to you but if you feel good and are looking better then I dont see any need to weight yourself. If you start feeling to hungry or have low energy consistently you may want to check that your not losing weight to quickly, but otherwise there is no need

as long as you are both dieting and exercising, you should always be losing weight.

and as long as you KEEP doing it, you will continue to stay in shape.

regularly weighing in is vital, because if you AREN'T losing weight, it indicates that you need to either eat less or exercise more. THAT is what checking your weight is for...

of course you should slow down once you reach your ideal weight for your body size:
