    I don't know....I watched her exchange where she smacked down and tricked Mnuchin, and she seemed pretty coherent to me.

    She is self-centered. I figure that is why she is head of the Finance committee, her "family business" should benefit even more with that, and she didn't bother to prepare herself for having a hearing with the bankers about Student Loans. I got the sense she never even looked into it.

    Is she sober? Not understanding ebonics I can not really tell what she is trying to say. It could be the language gap or substance abuse. I am unclear which.
