What is this on my penis?

I always had this bump/lump on penis since I can remember. It’s not big or little but it’s noticeable if you look. It doesn’t get when I touch it remember I had this for so long. It doesn’t felt anything it jus always been there what is it. It’s on the foreskin of my penis and yes I’m circumsized.

    no way to know based on "a bump" but if its been there forever, its just you and not dangerous. Have a doc tell you next time you see one. or a derm
