What’s this lump on my penis?

I noticed a lump on my penis it’s painless or u can call it a bump. It’s painelss when I touch it,it doesnt hurt in no kind of way. I heard it’s a lyphocele or something. I did have oral sex about 4 weeks ago but I doubt it could be from that🤔.

    if you shave your shaft, it's likely an ingrown hair. Sometimes they hurt if you squeeze them and sometimes they don't.

    You don't have lymph glands on your penis.

    Your age and the size of this lump /bump and

    how soon after the oral sex this appeared would

    help a sensible answer.
