What could these 2 bumps be?? The one on the left I had for awhile now the one on the right I just noticed could that be from excessive masturbation?

Well, it does not look like anything you should be worried about. As long as the bumps do not grow in size then youre fine. What do you mean by excessive? I would say that it could be from using too much friction or grip while masturbating. You are circumcised so you should be using lotion or spit for pleasure. Be more gentle with yourself, or maybe do it a little less often and they should go away. Cheers
