    Sounds like a big essay question where you'll need to formulate some thoughts of your own. But in general, women are far less represented than are men on both sides of the criminal justice system. There are far fewer females in all levels of law enforcement and far fewer females on the perpetrator side as well. The big issue vis-a-via "intersectionality" in gender is usually how to manage trans perpetrators.
