Firstly, YES, drug should be decriminalized as was done in Portugal, so America can stop being addicted to the obsession it has with making vain assessments about it's citizens, reducing them to either, "winners or losers", but never admitting that they are human beings deserving of dignity, and respect.

NO, we DO NOT have the right to treat vets as losers who don't deserve to be cared about in terms of treating ALL chronic pain honestly with HIGHLY predictable effective cheap opioids as medications. Legalization of drugs would allow autonomy to return to the American people, since Doctors are corrupt POS who will write a script for anything for a kickback. THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. Not centuries old solutions to pain care that is simple decent. Restricting opioids is impossible as the human bodies MAKES them. This question is just another sickening example of a loser who doesn't like himself enough to bother treating anyone else well, even in a hypothetical sense. You're ego labeled, injured, disregarded exploited Vets as losers, and asked if we should Abuse them via torture or abject neglect.
