If genders were reversed since the day of time would females be the stronger sex? If males did house work and females hunted?

Update:

would genetics have changed?

periods, mood swings, nagging and crying - can't wait for the mad scientists to come up with this for us

If guys had the babies?  One gender would be out of it for nine months.  The gender connected to the baby would be the maternal weaker gender.  That explains a basic start.

Else we'd have eggs!  No one would nurture, they would just grow up by them selves.  Bad parents would become the norm!

Whichever gender has the babies and does the majority of caring for them, will be bound to a stable environment and doing time consuming 'home bound' tasks.

Although the male hormones gives men stronger muscles, and generally longer limbs, this is a physical attribute and therefore does not mean that males are in any shape or form, 'superior', just based on physical attributes.

Many people didn't understand the question, lol. This person is not asking if females will become stronger in future, the person is asking what would happen if the genders were reversed from the beginning. Maybe females would be used for hunting more, and if they had higher muscle mass they would indeed be the stronger sex, but then again, women give birth. So from time to time, we would still have to leave women at home and there would eventually be some kind of strenght training school for males where they become stronger.

If, far enough back in our evolution, it was females who did most of the strength tasks, and males who did mostly lower-strength tasks, then it would likely be females who became the (overall) stronger sex. However, unless we evolved substantially differently in terms of reproduction and feeding infants, that seems unlikely.

If you mean if women had a male body and men had a female body, I suppose so. The names for us would just be different.

Nope because males are still naturally stronger than females biologically
