Thanos or Darkseid?

Update:

OK well I like both Villains but I like more Darkseid he is born of Apokolips born with Immortality Superhuman strength, and shoots Omega Beams through his eyes he is the most powerful DC Sueprvillain of all time!

Thanos which has an Infinity Gauntlet which gives him god like powers and destroyed 784 planets and had Superhuman strength too.

I like more Darkseid he is the original first appearance

Thanos

The Invincible Iron Man #55 (February 1973)

Thanos is a Rip-Off or copycat but he doesn't even look like Darkseid at all because he's god and Thanos a Mad Titan.

Well I like Darkseid better he's stronger than Thanos by the way!

    I definitely prefer Darkseid as a character, he's scarier and he's got cooler powers.

    Thanos, but darkseid might be the second most powerful in terms of Marvel/DC. Mentions: Brainiac, galactus, Ultron, etc
