You got it right for a visa on arrival. I believe you are free of fees at this time but make sure. You should have no problem if you follow what you wrote here. A word of advice. On your flight, you will be given an arrival and departure card to fill out and give to immigration upon arrival. Fill out both the arrival and the DEPARTURE section of the form. You will see 100's of people being rejected and fall out of line to complete it the Departure portion also.

Round Trip Confirmed Flight reservation
Bank Statements for last Six months with minimum balance INR 25000
You should have sufficient means of living to support your stay in Thailand (minimum INR 25000 /person, 45,000 /family).
The purpose of your visit must be a short stay/travel in Thailand for no longer than 15 days
