What does Rating at Separation mean in the Military and how and where I can find that information?
I did 6 years ARMY National Guard with no Active deployments. I got out with Honorable and received my NGB Form 22, which is equivalent for DD214 for active. Now I am applying for a civilian job and one of the fields next to "Type of Discharge," (In which I answer Honorable) is "Rating at Separation."
What does this mean and where I can find this information?

in the Navy, Rating is your job. RATE is your pay grade added on to that. so HM would be Hospital Corpsman, HM1 would be an E6. only the Coast Guard also uses that term.
Rating can also be used to determine your skill level in some fields.
I'd ask for clarification.
