It's normal to contemplate suicide. Life at times can be rough and demanding. But remember suicide is never worth it, it's a coward move. Those who suicide got defeated by this world. But I am a winner. I don't get defeated, I defeat things.

Yes. Since I was 10 (I am now almost 17) I’ve struggled with sever depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm and PTSD. I think I’ve tried to kill myself about 30 times. I’ve also had a sever anxiety disorder for as long as I can remember

It sounds like you are going through a lot right now. Thank you for reaching out for help! Suicide is never the answer, as it is permanent and can never be taken back. You have a full life ahead of you, and ending your life is not the answer. If you feel like you cannot keep yourself safe right now, please seek professional help immediately.
Make sure that you tell someone about these thoughts, whether that a parent, a close friend, or your school counselor. It is important to have people who support you through this. Sometimes when people go through difficult or stressful situations, suicidal thoughts can arise. The important thing is to seek help from those around you, and to be honest with what you are thinking.
Please know that there are people who can and will help you with what you are going through. You may want to consider talking with a counselor at a hotline. Many hotlines are 24/7 and will work with you and situations like yours. Some even have email and/or chat if you would prefer. I hope that you will continue to reach out! Sincerely, KO, Counselor

We all have up and down days. My brother took his life and it was a shock and pain to our family that will never go away,

Yes briefly as I felt no one in my family cared
About me while I was in grade school or high
School. As it turned out dad only had me to
Carry on the family name and mom only wanted
To impress pekoe telling them she had 4 kids
And a nice house and other superficial bs. I
Decided it's best to wait until I'm 18 and
Move out and only use this family for shelter
And food and then get the hell out of here.
My sister and brothers were A holes most of
The time. So the problem wasn't ME it was
Them. All I had to do was wait until I was old
Enough to get put of there. Mission completed
In 1983. Find a way to fix your problems and
Move on.
