Liberals- did you know you can send your kid to Norway for free college?
All they have to do is learn Norwegian and apply. Many other European countries probably have this benefit as well. It beats the high tuition in the states.

They do not have to learn Norwegian. Many universities in Europe are offering whole degree programs in English, to attract students from other European countries. They have a program called Erasmus which allows EU students to take courses from several different universities and put them together for a degree. To do this, the course are offered in English. So all they have to do is pay for room, board and transportation. Yes, the European countries are being smart in investing in the education of the populace. Why is the US so backward?
