I am designing a box for an hdx3 18 what would be the appropriate port size I plan on doing about 90in^2 would there be a benefit going this?

    At the ideal sq box size of 8.4 cf you start to get diminishing returns at around 70 sq in.

    If your box is smaller, the port can be proportionally smaller.

    The HDX3 18 will need a ported enclosure that's about the size of a "two door" mini fridge around 50 to 60 lbs.

    The HDX3 18 is about 55 lbs, if you can't deadlift 110+ lbs then that's gonna be a heIIa of a work out for you.
