Run them through a clothing wringer first like this one. then stick them in the dryer.

Short answer...yes. Just twist and squeeze out as much water as you can...first.

Washing is a separate procedure from drying using a different method. Some take rocks and go to the creek and beat the dirt out of clothes first pounding it between rocks (aka the good old days)

Or sticking the clothes in a wooden tub and some lye soap and stomp on them with your bare feet. (more good old days)

Just wring them out by hand so they are not dripping wet and put them in the dryer.

If the dryer is still working, then she can wring the clothes out as best as she can and then place them into the dryer to dry them.

They might be a little too damp for the dryer. I'd throw a dry towel in with them to take up some of the extra moisture.

I do it all the time.

Sure. The dryer doesn't know or care how the garments were washed. It will dry them.

If the clothes would normally go in the dryer, then they can go in the dryer after being hand washed.

Drying time might be a bit longer than usual because the washer would "spin out" a lot of the water which isn't going to happen if the items are hand washed.
