Yes, women with underweight bmi's are hard to find, red hair and blue eyes is the rarest combination of hair color and eye color, and very few engineers are women

I am so close to that, except I got a BS in biology from a state school, have a few pimples and don’t speak French :/ plus I weigh about 5 lb more and am considered underweight so maybe at least have healthy weight expectations

You know if you excluded the educational requirement, it would sound like you are looking for a 12 year old girl. Yes 12 year old girls are hard to find in prison. Stay away from them if you know what's good for you!
