I don't know if they're 'competition', but AEW did deplete the ROH main event with the departure of The Elite. ROH isn't happy with AEW, nor is New Japan despite their booking of two of their biggest talents, but right now ROH has TV and AEW doesn't so they're not competition. When AEW does get TV on TNT, ROH will not be competition because the market reach of AEW will surpass theirs.
