120 or below / 80 or below is "normal" over a very long time the 86 can help to cause issues especially if your a smoker which causes the blood to become stickier and that can cause clotting and deeper issues sucj as Periferal Artery Disease or Periferal Vascular disease in which Plaque in the arteries gobbs up your blood tubes even causing Clots and stoppages in various parts of the body ..Including "speckling" or Discoloration of the lower extremeties dur to restriction of blood flow.... people who have diabetis suffer from the same issue lack of blood becomes A serious problem for them and they often loose feet and lower legs to the disease.. That being said ITS something that depending on your age and general health could mean Nothing for others I could actually mean serious issues

barely high, just a daily 20 min walk should do it, we need to move, all of us, up and down the stairs, calisthentics...anything to get the heart rate up, no need to kill yourself doing it.....

Not concerning in the slightest. Only slightly above average, you're fine.

Lower number is a bit high, but it is still within normal limits.
