What could have caused gap between my righeadlamp and the bumper?

Good day. I have just seen that there is a gap between the lower part of my

headlamp and where the bumper meets it.

I have not hit anything. The gap is

such my finger can go through. It is only the right side/passenger side

headlamp. Truck has clocked km100,000

What could be the cause? How do I go about it to get the gap closed

Update:

I cannot see a single scratch on the side of the bumper. What can I do then? Send it to a body shop or there is a way I can close the gap?

I got blue paint on a non-scratched part of my white care. How did that happen?

Slow impact probably in a car park when you were not in the vehicle.

The bumper hit something. Snug up the attaching hardware.

If you haven't hit anything, then someone has hit you.

There WAS an impact. The only questions are what hit what and when.
